Simple AI problem?

When I run this AI it builds the barracks and farms and the 11 knights. It also assigns the 7 peasants to mine and 5 to chop. The problem is that it never expands and trains the 5 peasants meant for the expo at the main base and they mine there.

What am I doing wrong?

I think there is this option in the General part of the AI Editor section that states whether the AI expands. I am not too sure though :S
