[General] Show Teammate's Resources in UI via clicking Allied Building

Hello, I have a simple question and cannot seem to find any info on it.

In a map I'm making I want the allied players to be able to see each other's resources like you can in a normal game, however for some reason the display does not appear on any of the allied buildings, I've even tried just adding a regular old Town Hall into the game and the results are the same.
Is there something you need to enable in order to activate this little UI display?
