if i posted on the wrong place, kindly please move it :3

Now i have got your attention...
I'm making a graphic novel with your help. How? by roleplaying!
as the gm, i have complete control over the story and your characters, even changing something about them to fit my view of the story
you guys will simply be the protagonists in my linear story.
after some progress has been made, i will summarise (or if someone helps to summarise) the chapter and make a comic panel :)

"
Shattering the skies above" is about a group of would be heroes to save the world by slaying the God, leaving the world's inhabitants to create their fate for themselves.

it is final fantasy cyberpunk-inspired with swords, guns, magic and monsters.

i'll be making it vague, as to create a suspense for you guys too

Rules for the protagonists:
  1. no killing of other protagonists or key characters, key characters are colored
  2. actions will be corrected to fit the theme although rationally
  3. do not delve outside the location of the story
  4. do not make up items, people, animals without it being established first by me (something like "he pulled out his double barreled revolver", "he killed a mutant fly", "he talked to Raynor")
  5. protagonists not active within three prompts are either killed or let go (depending on the story, in which freed characters can return)
  6. not everyone can be fitted in the story (to help with the flow), but their actions count. Such as someone hiding in the corner while a fight ensues, then takes down the escaping enemy.

other than that,
have fun!

A world where technology and magic is mixed like liquid, the world of Orbis Valeria is enjoying its 70 years of peace after being plunged into chaos by two empires,
the archipelago filled continent of
Leonum-Arkane,
a militaristic nation ruled by an unaging dictator and his order of 24 kings
and the floating mountainous region off
Hyasinthia,
A Monarchial empire ruled by a powerful sovereign princess

(i will be making the concept art soon)
there are three races,
the tall, slender Dyeureids, who are naturally physically weak but have superhuman senses and slightly better dexterity than humans. They mostly populate the empire of Hyasinthia but some have scattered all over the world. Average heights vary from 6 to 7'6 feet.
Dyeureids.jpg

Humans, they have high endurance and are generally balanced among the races. They are populated throughout the world and are skilled diplomats. Average heights vary from 5'9 to 7 feet, they are also multicultural

the Amalliets are born tuned to the world's blood. Unlike other races who need to have some training, they can effectively harness the energy from the air known as Saoia. They are small and fragile, to which height can be compared to a Dyeureid child or a Human's. They can be 4 to 5'5 feet tall.

Saoia
The World is enveloped in an invisible versatile state of matter known as Saoia. When concentrated, they become potent and glow a Bluish color. Untreated, they warp the cells of organic beings and induce fatigue when thrown as a projectile in high speed. They can be further utilized to have varying temperatures to induce other status effects like burn, freeze or shock. Saoias' color can range from cool blue to hot white. And may also induce a force that could either push, pull or ward off Saoia projectiles.

untrained Amalliets may be able to create untreated Saoia as natural ability, but other races need to train extensively for months to even harness it from air.

can only have maximum of 6 slots
Application form

Name: Kyan Filtiarn
Age: 20
Race: Human
Height: 5'9
Weapon: Saomet, a sharp living sword that when broken or dented,
regrows overtime when sheathed to absorb Saoia
and gradually return to its full sharpness.
It can absorb Projectile Saoia but can shatter like glass
when overloaded.

Bio: Orphaned from a young age, Kyan was Adopted by
a wandering mercenary until he was old enough
to wander the world on his own.
Tested in combat, he incorporates a self thought
fighting style that incorporates a graceful spinning movement before striking.

Personality: Kyan is easily trusting
and is betrayed many times before. As a result,
he became distant and wary. A neutral good
personality, he helps people if it interests him
or if it's in his convenience.
secretly wishing to be famous worldwide and
remembered as a hero through great effort.

Skills: Being a travelling swordsman, he can live off the wilds
and knows a lot about the world than an average person. He can easily scale high places
and scout at night. In combat, he can gracefully move around his foes
like a breeze and slice their most vulnerable parts. Since his sword is quite thin
and easily broken, he takes great care to attempt parrying attacks.
often dodging them.

Cons: In combat, he cannot use his weapon other than slicing skin and
leather. Although he can occasionally cut through metal, he does it as a
last resort. Despite knowing how to live in the wilds, he is a bad cook
with a bad taste. If it can be digested, it is good enough for him.

this is used for balancing characters, points must total exactly 36, note that an average citizen of the world's points are 5.
Races that can't harness their Saoia have 5 points

Physical Strength: 6/10
Agility: 8/10
Saoia control: 5/10
Intelligence: 6/10
Constitution: 5/10
Saoia Resistance: 6/10

Appearance:

if you don't want to sketch the appearance, you could just describe them in detail :)

I'll update the flow of the story once all characters have published their actions, and draw a panel fit for the situation. Hopefully everything goes right and the story reaches 100 pages 2-4 panels each. This is a major project! :D

Name: Nallas Suraki
Age: 17
Race: Hybrid (Human + Dyeureid) (Id recommend you to change the name of the race to something easy to remember like Deurs, Dyun or Deys)
Height: 6,1
Weapon: bow and arrows made of a rare version of Saomet, instead of glowing like blue energy it burns and looks like living fire. He also carries a kind of Ala Delta plain, which makes him able to fly.

Bio: outcasts of the Dyeureid society, the hybrids known as the impure had no choice but to flee in to the distant mountains outside the Deys empire, as they are hunted by both the human and the deys. Living by the mercy of the mountain weather, their impure race has twisted the Saomet in order to keep warmth, as it now flows through their veins, they are fire living in the cold ice mountains. Nallas, or how his friend call him now, Allas, was known for being young and bulky when he was 14, but an obssesion caught him each time in his dreams and during the days when he gazed at the skies; he wanted to fly, he desired it with all of his heart. He rejected meals, looking sickly each time, he started loosing weight, until he became very slim, almost sickly, but he kept his strength and a bit of his muscles. As he looked in to the sky he started to think, to wonder how could he fly. He built wings, many of them, running into the inner mountain lake and trying to fly, for months his friends neglected him as he became a living joke. Five months passed, until one day in frustration he burned the last pair of wings he crafted, a feather fel into his hand, as he was sitting in the ground, crying in frustration, he gazed upon it, and he slowly tried to burn it with his fire, but he was so disturbed that he couldnt focus enough power to create a flame, instead, only heat erupted from his hand, a warm wave, which lifted the feather and caused it to hover calmly in his hand; he realized he discovered what he needed to finally achieve his goal. The Wings he crafted were good, each model was better, but it never was good enough, he wasn't a bird, he was heavy, he needed something else to be able to really fly, and now he had it. This time he wasn't gonne run into the lake, this time he was gonna jump from the top of the mountain; it was all or nothing. And so he climbed with his wings, his father tried to stop him, his friends tried to stop him, but he climbed, and so he jumped, as everyone watched in terror how he fel, he opened his wings and he was still falling, those below cried in terror, some laughed, but he was still falling, he was tranquil, with his eyes closed, and he felt the cold wind turning into warmth and summer, and a searing heat wave emmited from his skin, he lifted, as everyone watched and they could not believe it, he was flying, really flying. He went as high as he could, enjoying his dream, until his wings started to burn, and they ignited, if he had not been above the lake he would have died that day, and yet he almost drowned under the weight of his burned wings.
That day he emerged as a new man from that lake, cold water turned into steam as he walked out, and everyone came to him with cheers and screams of joy, his father slapped him on the face and the hugged him, but he could only think of one thing: he needed practice.

Recently he has grown bitter as some of the towns nearby have been under the siege of the Dyeureud, as they are enslaving the "impure" to use them as fuel and fire for their ovens, forcing them to work.

Personality: independent and solitary, when he commits to a goal he will not stop until he achieves it. He does not trust outsiders and has only real trust for his people, even through he sees them as blind sheeps cause they understimate their potential and their real power. He will do anything that seems convenient, even if it is morally gray or horrible, but he will also do anything to save those whom he loves, his main goal is to find real peace, but he will unleash hell if it is necessary.

Skills: Proficient archer, able to create and manipulate fire, can sense any shift in the temperature nearby and knows when someone is close. He is also able to fly as long as his wings are with him, he is a good hunter and a good cook. His pet is a Crimson Eagle wich he protects with his all. He is prone to explore and scout and dreams to know the world outside the mountains.
Cons: In close combat he is forced to use his fire which spends all of his energy quickly. His wings are heavy and he doesn't carry them all the time, he might depend on his eagle to fight but he would also sacrifice himself to save his beloved pet. He doesn't really trust anyone outside of his race yet he is not xenophobic. He can be cold and commonly passes as a fool, as he doesn't pay attention to what others say about him any longer, he is very direct and honest, and tries to be honest to himself too.
