Hello,
I would like to ask something. I noticed that if I use data stored in the Campaign editor, it wouldn't be useable in the map itself and I have to make a copy of it if I want to use it in the map.
Is that normal?

yes, it is normal. the reason for this is so that you don't have to individually copy each and every object data for each map of the campaign, thus saving time and filesize.
