shapeshift bugging with spellbook

My hero abilities are made from the spellbook ability for use of more spells (so its the spellbooks that you are leveling up and gaining new spells in them) but when my hero that can shapeshift shapeshifts all the spells dissapear from the spellbooks, im using the tinkers ability robo-goblin for the shapeshift spell.
So is it possible to fix this?

Maybe, add the spellbook to the shapeshift unit.

Well, if the abilities into the spellbook are applied with trigger(s), they should be applied after the shapeshift again, maybe thats the problem?

no they arent applied with triggers
