I think it's a shaman summoning thing though the textures seem exessive.

It's just a shaman with some particles and a bright look to it. I don't understand why you'd need so many textures for this. Why don't you just use in-game textures? Right, now the excessive amount of the custom ones are making this model have a horrendous file size.
