DonDustin: works ingame and performs well. The unwrap of the shade model is excelent and the low file size is a "+" aswell.

Very nice, I would suggest making the head a bit smaller and adding some small TC to the actual body.

All the way. Only textures are made by blizzard.

About the Icon, I was goin for a kind off fog feeling enlighted by the green glow. I know it's not the best but to be a ThrIcon (Thrikodius Icon) it's one of the better.

And all this "Make the big one!"... Actually this was supposed to be the big one alltough it's crippled just like the Acolyte is when it becomes a Shade. Only way to make the "big" version would be to give it a heckload of horns or doouble teeth.
