Shades of Darkness, this icon has been used many and many times such as Alone in the Darkness by Varimathras the Lord of Pain.

Also, Pro-tip! When porting icons I use pixlr.com, which is a free online photo editing service. I create new a 64x64 base image with a black background and then drag and drop the icon from the internet onto the pixlr page and it automatically centers it in size 64 for me with no loss in clarity! Then export it as a png and you're good to go.
