Well, the mesh looks awfully similar to this one here:

But still, the differences are pretty clear... So I don't know what to think. Anyways, I think this is one of the best 'serpent' models created so far, looks great. The animations are awesome. I really have nothing to say, except the fact that the inside of his mouth as well as his tongue look weird with this green color, and the part between his head and his body, what seems to be his 'neck', has a stretchy texture on some animations.

i was just about to accuse you of model stealing (i had the same model in my computer), when i saw that it was your model (i got it from xgm xD).

quite nice model, i am probably using it in my map ^^
ofc, it could be even better, but yes, its the best atm.

Edit:
Ok I tested and this is what I find:
The snake has nice look, it stand close to the ground like real snake.
The snake fits to be replaced with Serpent Ward (and you can change its color into green red or blue as you see fit, but you will need to lower its attack point since he is really close to the ground.)
The snake fits to warcraft 3 since it uses real model to begin with.
The snake make sound upon death that fits snake.
SCORE: 5/5
Should be approved to be highly usefull.
Edit: Also should be noted that unlike serpent ward -> it make serpent ward in many arcs, so it looks WAY better (a snake that look top but still attacking behind is back is weird but looks good.)
