[General] Semi-transparent health bars

Hello there! I've been trying to figure out if its possible to change the health bars to be somewhat see-through? I've tried downloading and modifying a custom health bar texture with different alpha channels, but there appears to be a "black bar" underneath the health bar which would also need to be transparent. I can't seem to find the model or texture for this black bar anywhere, I wonder if its hard coded in the game?

Yeah that's what I did - I tried with 50 % and 100 % transparency on a custom health bar texture. The health bar itself is transparent, however as you can see on the middle picture the black box underneath still remains.

i have see some custom health bar texture with out the backbox around it but is been some time i have see it
