Is there a way for a ground unit to see through obstacles like doodads and terrain kind of like a flying unit?

I'd imagine it might involve a following flying dummy but I'm wondering if there could be other methods,

Thanks in advance

try the "elevation - sample point" "occluder height" and those fields. I don't remember which one does what. also try just cheking the unit object data of a flying unit. iirc it doesn't have anything to do with the movement type "flying"

I tried making the unit have movement - flying with a -1 flying height and it did have flying unit vision, tho it hovers on lower cliff levels and could also walk thru walls and obstacles.

I tested changing elevation sample radius and elevation sample points as well as occluder height and it didn't work.

Was hoping to get some more ideas,

Wouldn't creating a flying dummy with max movement speed and locust and order it to follow the unit be enough? Tho probably teleporting would mess it up

I was hoping to get a non-periodic trigger solution since my map already has alot of those running in probably inefficient GUI so it may not be worth it for me.
