Searching for substandard resources

It seems there is no way. I tried first using the quicklink and then searching, but it ignores what I did.
I also tried changing...
http://www.hiveworkshop.com/search/...&c[node]=530&c[review_state]=approved+pending
into http://www.hiveworkshop.com/search/...&c[review_state]=approved+pending+substandard
But it made no difference.
How do I search for them?

What about that? And tick the substandard box.

Click on the link @deepstrasz gave,scroll down to state,untick approved and pending then tick substandard. Then you can just click search at the bottom and it should give you substandard resources
If you aren't on this page,or didn't bookmark the link you can just go to the right side in the resource section and click on Keyword and filter search

The one deepstrasz gave works. Didn't know to look for this though, as I expected the sidepanel to be enough for all resource searches.
