You know in a when it's like showing a memory or something and the screen fazes out like kinda black then pops up somewhere els? Hows does one go about doing that?

You mean in cinematics? That's fading out with a black texture and changing camera set while the screen is black.
You'll most likely find these actions in the Camera and Cinematic sets of actions.
