How to maka an image pop-up?

Does anyone now how to make a image pop-up like a sniper scope on sniper arena??

or like when having sex on loap gold 2? so it shows a picture over the whole screen only for a selected player.
without jass, because i don't know anything about jass... plz

useful tutorial for us, but what we want to know is how to make it shown only for a choosen player? not for all players i mean

  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Player Group - Pick every player in Player Group - Player 1 (Red) and do (Actions)
      • Loop - Actions
        • Cinematic - Fade out and back in over yourtime seconds using texture yourmask and color (your color values) with YourAlpah transparency

you forgot if GetLocalPlayer() == GetEnumPlayer()
it will fade for all with that

I never done something like before

Only thing I know you use GetLocalPlayer() for appliying Camera+Cinematic effects NOT to all players but players you want to show
