So I think that I found out that you can display a custom image to the player via trigger (please correct me if I'm wrong).
If I understood you can do that via screen fade filter using custom texture.

My questions are:
  • Will the game hide the "transparent" area in my image or will it always show the rectangular area?
  • Will the image cover the entire screen or can I manipulate how big the image will appear? If so, how?
Is it possible?

I need very beginner-focused tips on how can I execute this.
