Splah screen, how to make one ?

Okay , I'll be using this picture (Picture 1) for this guide

Use any tool you like , but magic wand tool is the best ...
Select the area you want to get the 100% transparent effect. (Picture 2)

Go to "Channel" and click "save selection as channel" (Picture 3)

Double click the alpha made and click "Selection" (Picture 4)

Select all layers and save (Picture 5)

And here's the result .. (Picture 6)

Oh noees !! I found a critical problem, How many alpha channels can a splat Image for wc3 have ??
It only works with 1, and I need many ! at least 4 =(

Hi guys, I am trying to make a Fade Filter for my CBSystem and for that I need a Splat Image. Splat images are images that appear on the screen. So far so easy, problem is that I also need to see transparent areas ... and I need to see 4 of them at least. As some of you may know, such transparent areas are created by alpha channels. This wouldn't be a problem, if I need 4 transparent areas in my my, than I just create 4 alpha channels right ? ... Wrong .... Problem is that TGA images, can only have 1 alpha channel. Therefore I can't do it that easily ... I know there are ways of doing, Blizzard did it, I just can't find a way to do it ... Maybe I merge all alpha channels into one, maybe it is something else.

Thing is I can't find an answer for now, can some one help me ?

Critical Problem ? I don't know how to solve this.. because I only use one in my map.
Try using other format image such as jpg , bmp ... or don't put alpha channel at wc3viewer convert

By the way , I didn't get any error even I put 2 , I saved the pictures in bmp format ^^
