How do you make it so that during a cinematic a black screen will fade in and then out

in the cinematic catergory, the fade in\out trigger. You can then set it so that as soon as its finished fading out it will fade in, or so that it will fade out, and after an amout of time (with a wait in between the two triggers) fade it back in. You need to make sure you set the colour to black though.
