saving every thing in game chache

I am making RTS campaign which i want to make chapters have conected maps like this picture:

being campaign is not a point but when it is so player builds things which are
unpredictable it is not just 1 or 5 hero. is it possible and how ?

You should study Rexxar campaign to see how it's done.
Actually only the hero (or all the travelers if they are more than one) is saved in the cache, maps are saved using save/load.

The process is the following:
- hero leaves map A
...... - hero is saved to cache
...... - hero is removed from map
...... - map A is saved in special folder (look at rexxar campaign for details)
...... - transition to map B :
............ - map B previous savegame is loaded from special folder, if it exists
............ - or map B is initialized if hero travels here for the 1st time
- map B is loaded
...... - hero is created from cache at arrival point
