Ok, here is a try!

(Attack Bonus * Current Attack Level)/(TargetsDefence Bonus * Targets Current Defence Level)*0.50

A few examples:

10+13/10+13=1*0.50= 50%

10-13/20+24=0.52*0.50=26%

20+24/10+13=1.91*0.50=96%

Max hit percentage could be 95% and max miss percentage 90%. We can also edit the 0.50.

Guide for Skills Multiboard -

Okay lets begin by talking about the basics of the multiboard
if you notice their are Pictures before each stat (number/number)
each of this represents a certain skill.

First Coloum Second Coloum Third Coloum
In Order

Attack Hitpoints Mining
Strength Agility Smithing
Defence Herblore Fishing
Range Thieving Cooking
Prayer Crafting Firemaking
Mage Fletching Woodcutting
Runecrafting

Each of this can be leveled up by cutting down, making fires,
Catching fish, mining or even just killing.

When leveling Attack,Strength,Defence,Mage,Prayer,Range and hitpoints
you are able to increase your combat level.
Also when any stat is increased your total level is,
this is the total level of all your skills added together.
Obvisouly on warcraft, i will seperate the text so it will can be seen clearer

okay tony,are you going to do the forest behind the castle ? if not i will remake it after i done my entry on the TC,the first forest was what i rushed through
and btw,where did you find this models
and i will change the wall texture so i don't need to place pathing blockers
i tested them in game and you can't walk through a alley
and can i see the lastest map ?

the latest map is at 4shared account as Evil said. And the models are found on wc3c.net And just use the map, I can not terrain today because i will visit someone with my family. But I will come online when we will test the map for multiplayer (if I remember). So go ahead and terrain :D

The reason this cannot be completed with the 'Epic' size of a Warcraft map is because the size of the real Runescape area will be too large to cover in a single map. It will be divided into:

[color=black][font=Chiller][h1]The Wilderness[/color][/font][/h1]
The Wilderness is the most ferocious place in Runescape, and is the known as the Graveyard for careless players. The Wilderness will also have the strongest creatures, and where the Player Versus Player feature will take effect. There will also be training spots for players to get stronger and level up like Strongholds, and we will try to place the Tzhaar Fight Pits as well. The God Wars dungeon will also be included in The Wilderness. This map will have all the combat aspects of the game, so this is basically a huge, endless arena. Take note, there will not be many quests here.

The cities will be more on the more 'social' and 'industrious' skills of Runescape. The cities will be lush areas fit to what Jagex has created; but of course still mantaining a small part of the game's combat aspects. Though, this part of the production has been halted due to lack of members, and the location of all the quests.

Ah; Daemonheim. To those that are not familiar with that term; Daemonheim is the host of the newest skill known as Dungeoneering. Here, you will fight for the way out using only what you find in each floor. Each floor provides a new challenge, so it's best to take some other adventurers for you. You can either play in a 'Survival of the fittest' environment, or support each other and use the 'All for one; one for all' tactic.

As for now, we are working on The Wilderness, because it's more of a basic concept, since it's all about fighting and Player Versus Player battles and epic Boss Battles. Hopefully when The Wilderness is done and released, we will have other members that are ready to work on the Cities and Daemonheim.

Right now, at this moment we need:

[color=lightblue]- Makers and Triggerers of the Runes required for spells. For now, don't bother with the other runes, just work on the basic elemental runes. -

- Monster models and monster placement -

- Stronghold Of Security Triggers and Enemies -
- God Wars Dungeon; Zamorak, Bandos, Saradomin, Armadyl -
- Terrainers for different cities and nature areas -
- Daemonheim Floor Creators and Triggerers -

so lumbridge is how many percent finished ? 50+ i would say if you do not count draynor as lumbridge,if you count draynor it should be uhh 20%+
Quest = 0%
Terrain = 70% -> need to fix the walls,i will do it later,the wizard castle and the forest is 30% :D
Skills multiboard 70? i don't think it's finished
Skills = 10% only the wc system is done
Units = Epic fail

that ain't accurate but i think it's around that

oh yah...the terraining of the wheat part in lumbridge
how are you going to make the wheats ?
make it a item ?
and
  • Events
  • every 5 secs spawn a wheat at region (wheat place)
  • Condition
  • Actions
  • If wheat hasn't reach 100 at the region then spawn a wheat at that region else no spawn
is this possible ?
 
YOu should pretty much always users variables,
Cause if you just use pick every unit in region.
It can sometimes mess up, from what i have seen, when i first started.
So if you set variables, the game can keep the variable stored.
Incase any errors occur

Nice idea EvilCrizpy. I have not seen the Lumbridge-map yet, but I will look at it to the weekend (hopefully). I can then also terrain some more at the weekends too if I got time, else I am busy with studies.
