Runemaster Concept

I sketched out the armor for the Wildhammer Runemaster, I'm going to color it now and fix up a few things.

It has nothing to do with what other people says. It's just wrong…
When wearing armor, using shield, or carrying a heavy load, the Runemaster loses his flurry of blows ability and is subject to arcane spell failure on his inscribed runes.
The art itself is good, don't get me wrong, but it's not a Runemaster.

If it has nothing to do with what other people say then where did you get that info about the Runemaster?
