MiniMage: Since the custom skin doesn't seem to much for the model. I would suggest you use ingame texture. Or at the very least, work on the wrap.

Hmm... I feel that the texture is very low quality. You can probably do better with ingame textures and also decrease the file size with that.
Other than that, it has way more polys than neccessary.
