That's for the better glad that u clarify itAbsolutely.
That will never ever happen.
Arkain's story works through me as its writer and creator, I wouldn't trust an AI with even a single line of dialogue.
Legends of Arkain is a singleplayer campaign series focusing on RTS elements with various factions waging war on each other. It is up to you, the player, to choose your side. Step forth! The great nations and personalities of Arkain await you.

Ah, I see! I was overthinking it because his walk animation in Legacy looks like he is walking, rather than running like in Legends. I thought it was because his steps are more careful now, either because of his age or because he is drunk/having a hangover lolBecause he has a new model.
Arkain Industries probably silenced him.I remember there was dude that tried to make Arkain - reversed once. What happend to him?
If @Rhapsodie is fine with it, I am too.I would like your permission for Captain Lindra's model for my future project, both you and Rhapsodie will be credited.
Shar said the old books of Arkain (First Human, Second Orc, etc.) will not receive any more updates. Will you do fixes to other books somewhere during or after developing legacy of arkain?
Reforged (for some reason) introduced a new option in the World Editor for portraits, which can't be fixed in the previous versions of the World Editor. Fixing this would mean editing the True Story (or any other campaign) in the new Reforged World Editor, which would break compatibility with the older versions of the game.including portrait bug in true story
oh okay, i must have missed it. Good to knowShar said the old books of Arkain (First Human, Second Orc, etc.) will not receive any more updates.

Might be an issue when a newer updated campaign file would be seen as a different entity by the game and make a new cache and save files zone/folder.At some point seemingly at random not even always with updates to the game version, reforged will either delete your cache data or from others have said your save files. I've personally dealt with the cache deletion issue a lot which makes playing or testing with anything reforged a fucking headache and a half.
In the Second Human Book, if Salana is Gardon's queen candidate (if you didn't pick the "Elves of the Ironfist" leadership bonus), Lera and her forces switch sides in Long Live the Queen.Did killing Lera the Huntress's base actualy gave you something worthwhile later in the run? From my memory, if you spare her, she only apeared during mission Betrayal and during gates of hell when you send elf wave
If you kill her in the First Human Book, she will not help you in Betrayal. In the Second Human Book, she will be replaced by another archer, who will not switch sides, even if Salana is the queen candidate. In the True Story, she will replace the dark ranger in Death's Approach, and then she will also not help in Betrayal. And if you decide to kill her, will something happend?
Depends on your definition of "soon". You will meet him at one point, but definitely not in Salria. Will we be facing off against Argastus Corlon soon?
Titus is the one mentioned there, yes. As for the title, he is the first within the empire with the title, yes.In the short story 'Report', was the grand marshal mentioned Titus Invictus? Is he the first grand marshal?
The former. In the same short story, is the storyteller an imperial or from the same faction as the 'empress' from another short story?
If he were to use his full power then he could beat most if not all of them in single combat. Can Maronogin defeat any of the dreadlords, alive or dead?
In single combat without any other factors, Largoth.Maronogin vs Largoth, who wins?
In single combat without any other factors, Aridon.Aridon vs Maronogin, who wins?
In single combat without any other factors, Largoth.Largoth vs Ornasion, who wins?
Following the events of the Prelude, he wants to completely and utterly destroy that nation, similar to what Redfist did to the Orc Islands. There won't be much left to rule over if things go his way. With Garan dead, who will Gardon choose as the high lord of kerrel?
This is a very elaborate speculative scenario. If there was a timeline where Gardon was general of the golden guard rather than van Durce, would he still want the black dragon allegiance? if not, then would he consider the swamp dragons at least if he were to set foot in arkain? And are the golden guard more for holy magic and purity rather than darker forms of magic or was this the case because it was van Durce being aligned to holy magic? What if he was aligned with dark magic, would the golden guard be the same still?
They're the same.Is chaos magic and demon magic the same or different?
The Bonelords and the Scarec were a far, far greater threat than the Boar Regiment could ever have been.In Risen Resistance, could the orcs and their allies survive if the actual Boar Regiment survived? Could amari arrive not have turned the tide if this was the case?
About the same time as it was since Praxeus and Gardon last met before the war. When was the last time Praxeus and Aveen met?
I currently have no plans to create or update any maps. Will we ever see a Rodan map?
He was until his death, yes.Is Sir Perry still a part of Knights of Kome in True Story?
Gardon becoming emperor does not mean that he no longer wished to also rule Zyainor. In Fate of Bloodclaw, if Gardon becomes emperor, will he allow black dragons to nest in the empire, or do the dragons prefer arkain more?
As always, it depends on the circumstances. In single combat without any other factors, above the former and below the latter. How strong is Rogthil? Comparing them to Rahandir, Ornasion, Aridon, and Largoth.
I have no plans to share in that regard at the moment. In the near future, can we play as Garan in Struggles of Arkain? We were able to play as Birram and Renova after all.
Physically Dorbric was an absolute mountain of a man. Volarian on the other hand is empowered by his anger and hatred. He is also more cunning than the old bull.Who is the strongest human, volarian or dorbric? In an all-out battle, who would win? Can either of them beat dreadlords on their own?
The Zirr have access to a lot of knowledge that was otherwise forgotten - the one who knew most about it was Tremalon and we all know what happened to him.Does Rahandir know of all the magic that the Zirr Nexus stored? Do they also know of the magic from Rodan and the faction of the Empress from espionage?
Thanks a bunch, Shar! This helped me understand the characters and stories a bit more. Might have some more questions in the future too. So I'm hoping to learn a bit more about Arkain.I have received a number of questions regarding Arkain via PM. Since they were quite a few
and might be of interest for more people, I have decided to post and reply to them here.
@Mochi King also said he'd be fine with me posting them in public so here you go.
Depends on your definition of "soon". You will meet him at one point, but definitely not in Salria.
Titus is the one mentioned there, yes. As for the title, he is the first within the empire with the title, yes.
Renald also was in charge of all Imperial forces during the Second Voidwar but he had enough other titles already and while his role was similar, it was not exactly the same.
The former.
If he were to use his full power then he could beat most if not all of them in single combat.
He just doesn't really use his power these days.
In single combat without any other factors, Largoth.
In single combat without any other factors, Aridon.
Maronogin is powerful but not on the power level of one of the Four. The power of capitalism has not given him the power to win single comat.
Also as mentioned earlier, he doesn't really involve himself anymore anyway. Something quite drastic would have to happen for that to change.
In single combat without any other factors, Largoth.
Following the events of the Prelude, he wants to completely and utterly destroy that nation, similar to what Redfist did to the Orc Islands. There won't be much left to rule over if things go his way.
This is a very elaborate speculative scenario.
The Golden Guard as a force in itself was shaped by van Durce. If they had a completely different leader, it would not be the same force.
The scenario does not specify if Gardon would be the same person. If he would remain the same, it is very much possible that the Golden Guard would just be what the Ironfist is now.
If he was different, his unit might also be different.
They're the same.
The Bonelords and the Scarec were a far, far greater threat than the Boar Regiment could ever have been.
About the same time as it was since Praxeus and Gardon last met before the war.
I currently have no plans to create or update any maps.
He was until his death, yes.
Gardon becoming emperor does not mean that he no longer wished to also rule Zyainor.
He does not exchange one realm for another, he combines the two in that ending.
The black dragons would be allowed to live in both Rodan and Arkain as far as he was concerned.
As always, it depends on the circumstances. In single combat without any other factors, above the former and below the latter.
In the case of Aridon, he had already defeated Rogthil in the Second Voidwar.
I have no plans to share in that regard at the moment.
Physically Dorbric was an absolute mountain of a man. Volarian on the other hand is empowered by his anger and hatred. He is also more cunning than the old bull.
It would be an interesting duel but Dorbric is dead and they never stood on opposing sides anyway.
As for the second part of the question, maybe. Depends on the dreadlord. Killing Erganoth or Vermon would be challenging for them for example. It is very situational.
This is my issue with these character A VS character B questions in general, it depends on many different factors and answering them always includes a risk for possible future confusion or spoilers.
The Zirr have access to a lot of knowledge that was otherwise forgotten - the one who knew most about it was Tremalon and we all know what happened to him.
Rahandir did not spend all of his unlife studying the Zirr libraries so no, he does not know all of its magic even if he has a very deep understanding of magic and access to much knowledge.
Does he have a vast knowledge of magic and history? Yes. Does he know everything? No, nobody does.
same as always 1.31.1, if it is just happening to me then it is probably my pc thenThat definitely didn't happen in testing. What's your version of the game?
I also had this problem with 1.31, but it disappeared when i switched to 1.29.Am i the only one who keep facing crashes in the new mission? it keep happens at the same time in around 3 minutes in or something
Eleven years! ELEVEN YEARS! He hangs it over my head like the world's most annoying guillotine... that is a meteor.Avenge got nerfed in the First Book era because Rath gave people a breakdown in Green Wave.
Yes, it is.Shar, since the last Valorian chapter is exterminate or go home, it is another crossroad chapter where next chapter depends on what you choose?
