This is what happens when you kind friendly Priest dies! According to the undead that is.
All Texturs where made by me or from the skin. Also from another warcraft skin as a guideline for the face but I did draw it myself.

shiiK: Shading, a lot of it, is what this needs. A spark of colour wouldn't be bad either. I suggest you use the texturing & Surfacing board to get some feedback on your skins. You could also read some of our tutorials in the 2D Art Tutorials board. Furthermore, your goal should not be to get the skin approved, but to make a great skin while having fun doing so. Until they are great, post your work in the Texturing & Surfacing board, that's where they belong.
