hey guys i have a problem with milkshape.. you see, i gave bones to my unit, then attached the bones to vertices.. i made sure all vertices are attached to bones.. then run zero joints then put linear on the bone comments.. after that i tried animate it but when i get to some bones (the ones that are in the ends like the foot and hand bones) and rotate them.. they scale up! and the more i rotate them, the more they scale up and move farther away. i dont get it.. please help me..

attached is a pic of what i mean (note that the bone i am rotating is the last bone, the one in the toes..)

what am i doing wrong?
