These are the Roleplaying forums. Inspired by both Warcraft III and WoW roleplaying, you may discuss anything you want related to roleplay. You can even create threads for text-roleplaying.

Rules

• The global site rules apply.
• No over-powered characters, unless the rules of the game specifically allow it.
• Don't break up the story with off-topic posts. If you want to talk to reply to something outside of the story, do it some other way. e.g. on their profiles or in a conversation.
  • This includes when you think somebody is cheating. Sort that out personally, and report it to the staff.
• Stick to your description. Don't add new stuff to your character on the spot. This is basically cheating.

Help and Guidelines

These are some general pointers that will make it easier to not piss people off when you're participating in roleplays.

• If you're not aquainted with the roleplay yet, make sure to read the first page thoroughly and get a good idea of the rules and specifics.
• Read all the posts since you last posted. It helps to know how the story progresses if you intend to be part of it.
• Don't be too stubborn about your own ideas. A roleplay will only work through compromises.
• Don't be a tit that won't accept defeat. If you are cornered and there's nothing to do, don't come up with a too-good-to-be-true escape. Just deal with it and start a new character.
