Yes, that's a good question, could you give a link where to download them, if they are available.
They look really good and useful.

To your terrain: I like it that it looks plain, if that was your idea, but even then, i would add some grass and bushes in the front, to get it look a little more realistic. Good job so far

The ground is just way too boring and the rocks are a bit too monotone.
Even the statues are a bit meh.

Wether it is the point or not is irrelevant. And yes, even if it was intended to be bare, it is a bit too bare, to the point where it doesnt look good. Wc3 tiles ISNT so good they can make out a terrain for themselves, not even the slightest. And personally I think those mountains look rather unrealistic >.>

Work on details, better mountains, and I would dare say that the waterfall could also be improved.

needs some plants in between the rocks and a few randomly placed at the base imo

A half dead, lone tree near the river would look awesome. Maybe place a resting traveler beside the tree as well.
