Always felt weird that that the people of Lordaeron are predominately left handed, lol.

They all got Icons. Soldier & Captain
The units are the same but with different weapons or in case for footman with or without cloak

If you mirror Footman, the emblem on their shield gets mirrored as well.

Update: Ok so now they use the right emblem position for Lordaeron Kindom.

how to use it as local? renaming it as footman, only works the soldier, the shield has no texture.

add the .dds file into your retail/ folder
right after retail you add them there I did not put the path to be in the footman folder

I am thinking of updating the paths to a custom folder but need to check if it works well.

Ok I took some time to properly review all animations ingame, seems I still have a few settings to do Keep your eyes opened for updates to come.

I updated the footman. Uses the same death sound now.
Captain will come in sa separate post when I find someone to help me with the tabard texture

if you mean if those icons are nice then yes but warcraft icons are more closer to face only so I tend to keep it that way like most do it.
But now that I look at them they are a bit too close for my taste think I'l remake them with some shoulder showing but half of the body

these are icons for "defend" skill, I use a different one for the footman since my paladin already looks to the left.
footman has the 1000 yards stare xD
he has seen some shit during war time.

I more prefer the Footman Shield look Vertical not Horizontal. Like it. This is "Age of Warcraft" but only Lordaeron version.
I need default shield version, but the shield also look vertical like that. Not Horizontal. Do you have another file? or anyone can find that for me?

That's right your Footman have uniq animations for me because your footman will cover just a ability moment while the Default version from blizzard look less realistic when using Defend Ability, they footman need to down the body and change the shield angle to look Defend turn on. But if you re more free, i hope you can make another footman just a mirror from default, Shield at the Left and Weapon at the Right, but the shield stay to Horizoltal without turn on Ablity. It's nothing problem actually, but i thing that version more interesting when in cinematic scene.

The AoW version you are talking about is in their files my friend just take that one and you are good

• But using the Default Footman shield, not the Lordaeron one
