Rigging a model for scratch animation

How would i go about this?
I have a ninja model i made, but I can't animate it because of the way the keyframes are. I'm using warshape. Is there any way to clear all keyframes without corrupting the model?

yeah, just open the .mdl and delete the keys manually of each bone & helper.
