Rules against necroposting are made for a reason. If people are not interested in a project, they'll abandon it, and it dies. Why make a project/map if noone is interested in it?

I am not talking about that, people that want others opinion often get nothing cause of other "cliche" projects and they abandon their project.

You can necro post to review your own thread if it dead for quite a long time, by provided a reason such as..

[Necro] : Still continue the recruitment.

However, necro post somebody else thread is prohibited and if the person really want to recruit emmeber. They would review their thread.

Exactly. If your project gets buried, you can always bump it to the top if you have an update or something else related.

If you bump it must be in an 48 hours time window,if you post 2 replies about updates you might get de-reped for double posting.
So this does seem as an good idea to me.

No, you're wrong. Not within a 48 hour window. It must be 48 hours or later, or commonly known as 2 days later.
