Step 1 - Extract .zip and Start Application

W3ZMEv10\W3ZMEv10\W3ZMapEdit.exe

Step 2 - Open Map

Step 3 - Resize Map

Go to: Edit --> Resize Map

and then

Step 4 - Save Map

File --> Save or Ctrl + S
