Here is my problem:

I only don't know how to put a requirment on a unit, does someone can tell me how please?
(Ps: Whewn i go in requirment section, i only see kind of ability, is that normal:S?)

You're going to have to be more specific, what are you using the requirement for exactly? And, what do you want to accomplish with that requirement.

First create a requirement
"And";
Greater than,
Count Upgrade (Z) completed
Constant 0,
Greater than,
Count Unit (Y) Completed
constant 0

In the build ability, click the unit that would be built. Scroll to requirements and find your requirement.
