[Request] Red lightning monsoon.

I'll be requesting a spell called red lightning monsoon.

the spell takes 3 second casting time and lasts for 12 seconds, dealing damage to a 850 AOE.

Creates a giant lightning ball on top of the caster the ball slowly lifts upwards causing a storm to erupt, (mechanics are just like monsoon) dealing damage to units in the area,( using the finger of death model striking downwards towards the enemy) and has a 45% chance to be knocked back.

Leveling statistics:

Red lightning monsoon level 1
Creates a giant red lightning ball on top of the caster the ball slowly lifts upwards causing a storm to erupt, (mechanics are just like monsoon) dealing 65 damage to units in the area, has a 25% chance to be knocked back.

Red lightning monsoon level 2
Creates a giant red lightning ball on top of the caster the ball slowly lifts upwards causing a storm to erupt, (mechanics are just like monsoon) dealing 85 damage to units in the area, has a 35% chance to be knocked back.

Red lightning monsoon level 3
Creates a giant red lightning ball on top of the caster the ball slowly lifts upwards causing a storm to erupt, (mechanics are just like monsoon) dealing 105 damage to units in the area, has a 40% chance to be knocked back.

Red lightning monsoon level 4
Creates a giant red lightning ball on top of the caster the ball slowly lifts upwards causing a storm to erupt, (mechanics are just like monsoon) dealing 125 damage to units in the area, has a 45% chance to be knocked back.

-Uses red lightning or finger of death lightning emanating from the sky
-Lightning strikes every 1,75 seconds
-Damage and knockback are the only fields that improve.
