Request only for the Brave or Stupid (UI Issues)

I'm making this UI for a request, and i've pretty much finished it, but since I suck at WEditor, and all these other stuff to make it work, I need to request to finish my request.
So anyone with the skills and the spare time, could you please fix it?

These are in tga but please ask if you need them in a different file type.

Well when I do it, most of the UI is just black in-game. But anyways, Aero said he will fix this so I guess problem solved.
