Hi there, Hive!
I know it's bad style to just create an account and as a first post, post a request - But I'd say you're the most likely to answer!
Right, onto the issue at hand. I played WCIII a long time, I played some awesome maps - But now, when I recently returned, I don't remember the names of any of them.
The particular map I'm looking for was some sort of hero survival.
There would be this two-lane-joining-into-one-splitting back into two. Where the creeps would spawn from portals and slowly make their way down to your base where they would enter a waygate and you'd lose a life. The design looked similar to X hero siege or custom hero defense, but more enclosed.
The goal was to survive (duh) but also use your gold to hinder the other team, who tried the same. I recall you being able to use spells to hinder your opponents (from the other half of the map) and in the end-game, you could spawn super-creeps that would make life hard for them.
The tile set was Dalaran, I think, if that helps.
I hope you can help me out here, I'll answer any clarifying questions. Thanks for your time!
