I wondered why some people with low rep (let's say 12) have 3 Gems under their pic and some people with high rep (>100) have only one. Is this a bug ? Or what ?

Its not really an bug because some gems worth more then other...
EXAMPLE-
1.Green(Lowest)
2.Blue(Medium)
3.White(Best)
And dont forget:
Red is for -REP
