[Spell] Replenish Mana and Life

Hello guys, you know the Replenish Mana and Life spell of the Moon Well?
I don't understand the mechanism behind converting the Well's mana to replenishing the Mana points or the Life points of the unit that consumes it.

I want to make the spell like this:
1 point from the Well's mana replenishes 1 Life point (or 1 mana point) of the unit that consumes it.
1 ======>1.

Set hit points gained and mana points gained to 1. It's not really gained, but more the costs. Replenishing 1 point of hp costs (hit points gained default: 0.5) mana and replenishing 1 point of mana costs (mana points gained default: 2) mana.
