Hi, I have a problem with the attaching of weapons. The main problem is that I attached a sword to Arthas but in-game his frostmourne sword still shows :\ is there a easy and fast way to detach the frostmourne sword and make it only my new custom sword? Noob question :[

Any help would be appreciated. :infl_thumbs_up:

nope you need to edit the model
OR
easier way
extract fourstmourne.blp file (should be in textures)
convert it to png
open it with some editor like .NET paint or photoshop
delete all image
and import with same path in mpq

I do believe Arthas is in there. Not sure if it's the undead Arthas though.

@Need_O2
I thought areas of a model without a skin becomes default black. If it was that simple to just delete a skin wouldn't people be doing that instead of editing the model?

"I thought areas of a model without a skin becomes default black."
Not if material datas of those areas are on transparency channel (or blend or.. bah whatever)
and fourstemourne definetly has transparency or blend
(for blend channel same color with border gets transparent instead of only transparent ares afaik)

btw lols u dont need to extract image just import a total blank blp image for frostmourne
