Replace in-game tips

I googled and found no actual tutorial. By tips I mean menu "tips" section that gives you random info.
It's nowhere to be found in the interface WE section. Do I have to edit mpq files?

So, how does it work?

If one wants to replace tips map specific. And the tips we are talking about are the ones found inside menu during game, then one can import a txt file into a map using this path "UI\tipstrings.txt".
Then the imported one will be used instead of the default ones. Affecting this map only.

The file's content format expected:

[General]
TipCount=3
Tip1="Text of Tip1."
Tip2="Text of Tip2."
Tip3="Text of Tip3."
[/box]

Pardon me for my late curiosity.
Is it safe to assume the same principle applies to the "Help" Menu section? (and all the others for that matter). I'd love to add custom hotkey info to that section.

But helpstrings are just a plain text file no special format, still support color code.
