Yep - if you set attack-type = none - attack will gone.
If you set the movement of a unit to 0 and the movement-type to none then patrol - move is gone
And this belongs to the interface, so this aren't abilities.
To remove the "Attack" ability icon, go to your unit, scroll to Combat - Attack 1 - Show UI and set it false. For the Hold Position, I'm afraid you will have to live with it.
You can use "Banish" for that; it disables the ability to attack. If you want no vertex modification though (because Banish does have it), you will need Silence (that prevents ranged attacks) with a tiny AoE and a dummy to cast it on the caster. You will need "Ally, Hero" for the Targets Allowed.
