Need help with custom abilitys

I am making a cutom unit (normal unit not a hero) and all i need is to make an ability that when you press it , it fires a missle that deal damge.

I cant find the option in the object editor for abilitys to make it a active/passive.
I need just a active ability like what hero units have but for a normal unit.

do you want it to automatically select a target from nearby enemies (and if so is there any preference to which enemy), or that you click on the target like storm bolt?

Click on the target

Use Acid Bomb, not Storm Bolt (because storm bolt stuns so it will interrupt channeled spells and other orders). Convert it to a unit ability (one of the data fields is "Is a Hero ability? True/False") and it will do everything you want.
