Remove Standard Command (Patrol)

How can I remove a standard command such as patrol from a unit?

and/or is there a way I can give a hero a passive ability but not have it show up in that 'command box' (4x3 bottom right corner unit command area)

2nd question - put it inside a spellbook, give the spellbook to the unit and disable the spellbook for the player
