Remove Ability Return Gold or Return Gold and Lumber doen't work

It seems impossible to remove the abilities Return Gold or Return Lumber and Gold from a Unit..
Any suggestions? I could replace the unit via "chaos" but then i would like to know how you could say "either or" to determine dependencies..
