Reforged multi-windows test

the current versions have broken LAN testing. Please reply to the thread on blizzard forums for visibility: <Offline LAN is broken>

1. Launch client A (logged in)
2. Log out from client A (or go to next step)
3. Launch client B (logged in)
4. Host lobby with Client A (not logged in)
5. Join lobby with Client B (logged in)

The login matters. Currently you can't test with more than 2 players.

Here's a small workaround for LAN testing. It involves the modified "gluemanager.js". You might want try that.
