So I got a few questions about this gameplay constants variable.
1. Does changing it (lets say make is 0) cause any issues? (like game stability, network issues)
2. Important! Does it affect automatic actions? Example one unit is attacking another unit, it kills it and it automatically acquire another target to attack. Does reaction delay affect this? (acquiring target and start attacking it?) Or just player actions?
