Works in-game, performs appropriately and is a good addition to the model section. Excellent work without using a custom texture!
Brilliant!

If you make all his mutant forms from G1 to G5 and each of them have morph it could be a MASTERPIECE!

Not a bad idea, now that I've got his face model down.
The only trouble I'm seeing myself having is finding an appropriate in-game texture for his mutated bony-head

With my LotR series of models 90% done (if not uploaded) and my WotR models undergoing reworking - Resident Evil series of models afterwards would fit in nicely.
 
Looks cool, just his bonny face looks too white and bright, anyhow would be really cool to play him in racoom city spreading embryos everywhere, even fighting a Super Tyrant.
 
what can i say ...very nice.man that's Awesome...Biohazzard2! and i made a map with your model....it is the boss...everyone is scared....i love it!
