I don't know how to change it back. However, I do know why the changed it. They changed it because in SC1 it was only a move command, not an attack-move command. A lot of SC1 players, I imagine, complained about the change, and so it was changed back.

I suppose that's reasonable but I don't see why you would want a unit to just walk forward taking damage rather than fighting back. Yeah I fixed my problem with a simple trigger in the end.

When (Any Unit) training progress is (Completed)
Order (Triggering Progress Unit) to (Attack) to (Rally point of Triggering Unit)

Simple really but I was wondering if you could turn it to attack move in the data editor somewhere.

Looks like you found a very easy and simple solution to your problem, but i think i know why they changed it and i think its because SC2 is about mico managing everything to get maximum efficiency so maybe they did that to make it so that you couldnt jsut set buildings to rally at places you wanted to attack instead of actualy controling the units or its possible, like stated above that because it was only a move command in SC1 that they made it the same way in SC2.

"Order (Triggering Progress Unit) to (Attack) to (Rally point of Triggering Unit)"

I've been looking for that, and I can't seem to find it. "Issue Order" doesn't seem to have the simple Attack, Attack-Move, or Move commands on it. That might have been updated in that last patch, but who knows.

As for why you wouldn't want it to be an Attack-Move rally point for a Move rally point its because of rushes. If its an Attack-Move rally point, and you're doing an early Zealot rush, if the enemy player sends out a probe to your Zealot rally point line, then he'll distract that Zealot and you might lose your rush. With a Move rally point that won't happen. Of course, if the enemy player has like 6 Stalkers on that rally point line, then you're still fucked.

You have to change the type of order being issued to an order targeting point. Where it says (Ability Command), click on the first ( and change the type to targeting point. That should let you pick abilities like attack/move that target points.
