    Hello hive.

Can someone (don't need high model skill, I think) make a raindrop model, which fells from the top on the ground?
Like if you're in a cave, and the water fells of from a stalactite.
But it only should be a single raindrop.
And maybe, if possible, a small effect when the raindrop is on the ground.
What the effect should look like
    [IMG]

Shouldn't have a big filesize, something about 0-50 kb.
But I would take it also with a size of 100kb. But I lesser would be better :)

Hope you understand what I mean. And of course, if you can find an excisting model, feel free to post the link/model.
Of course I will give rep + credits to the maker.
    Thank you :)

You are looking for an effect, not a model. :p

well, it should have a loop, where water comes from the sky.
the rippleish effect isn't a must, only if you want/can do it.

@ Airandius: an effect is indirect a model :)

Really? Well, I'm not in the model buisness, I thought they were different. D: (Being a effect is something on a 2D plane.)

Can't you just apply weather in a small region, or do you want it for a spell?

actually models can be 2d, a model is pretty much an effect
what your thinking of is an ubersplat, which is a 2d image, that lays flat on the ground.., a single water drop, followed by a ripple, im on it...

    EDIT: here ya go

Edit as you wish, and credit is optional :)

there is, your probably not putting the model at the right elivation to see it though... the ripple doesnt adjust to the hight you set it... its a standard hight

well, the speed is okay now, thanks :)

but there is really no ripple effect. If I let it on normal height, it just fells into the ground,
and if I raise it in the air, it just disappears, with no ripple effect.

    but thanks, +rep :)

forgot wc3 doesnt support xy quad, which means i would have to create planes and do it that way..., this should probably be good enough ya think?
