Not bad, but not good either. The stand work animation should either be non-looping or reset the guy to the original state. Also, it would be really good if the guy wiggled a bit in the stand animation.

judging from the other model + this one, we can clearly see you're an evil guy

btw, this one has far less mistakes than the other. (just some resolution and color scheme conflicts) but again, a 90º rotated attachment point to put units lying there and then make the wheel twist could satisfy many saddists' needs. :>

i can try animating it and putting the attachment, if you want.

As a small model from a distant view in-game it's okay, but this looks like the kind of thing people would probably be getting a close view of in cinematics, so it really needs to have some of its bad wrap issues fixed, such as the pegs on the wheels.

perhaps an additional variation with a meaty bloody skeleton like the burnt remains doodads to look like a freshly dead victim, or perhaps a bone dry skeleton like the skeletal warriors, to make it look old, like the person dead and has been left in the thing.

unless the guys moving and alive it seems stale somehow, not gruesome enough.
