Mesh - 5/5 - Wow, pretty fricken' nice. Love them little details, like the wires on top and the little doodads on it. Makes for a nice sophisticated piece of machinery compared to some other tank models which are just 'cubes'.
Anims - 3/5 - Seeing as it is a tank, it could've used some more steam and sparks every now and then. The only time I saw some mechanical particles was in Stand Hit, which, looked like the tank reacted to a creepy old guy groping its ass. There's no attack anim, but I'm assuming that it is supposed to be like that.
Texture - 4/5 - Oh god, it's 67chrome. The only thing I have against it is that I think it could've looked more grimey, battle-worn and a real fighting machine, not some digital-age brand new vacuum cleaner.
Use - 4/5 - Well, it can come in handy with alot of modern warfare maps as some kind of support vehicle, but the texture should be compressed and resized to 256x256.

Overall - 16/20 - [4/5] - Mesh is fantastic, anims are average, texture is superb, and it is very useful. I give you a good old 4/5. The only suggestions I have is to fix up some anims (maybe even removing stand hit) and perhaps optionally giving the texture a more gritty look. Btw, if you'd like I can make an icon for this model, and I can send it to you for you to upload.

blue pulses, or grav waves coming from the object being lifted? That could be added seperately. :/ And would show that they were being lifted by the mind.

I am staying true to how the unit performed and looked in the original game. and that is that putting a decay and dissipate was just a war3-requirement :/

Guys, Command and conquer is my area, I am modding this thing even today, I have plenty of mods for Yuris revenge and Generals.

masterMind is actually tank with artificial brain at top of it, and it can multiple mind control units. After capturing thee units, it is ,,full" when capture fourth unit and above, it starts to damage itself, because mastermind's brain will overload, and unit will explode after some time. Of course, unless it gt again to three mind controlled units at max.
In many mods, including my own, MasterMind can safe control up to 4 units, and it cannot overload anymore.
be noticed, when you destroy mastermind, mind controlled units will be free again.
In WC3, I wonder how mind control can be done anyway, something like charm I suppose.
Anyway, I can give to anyone who wants sounds from masterMind.

I can imagine how this may work in Starcraft 2, but in Warcraft 3? Well, this would definetly require JASS.
