Oil Derrick Trigger (RA2 based)

I want to include Oil Derricks (RA2-based) on my maps, but I don't want the "Control Point" style. I don't know how to make a trigger about it.

I'm not sure how anyone is supposed to help you from this post. Please provide a clear question with what you want to accomplish. Also anything you have tried.
